Privacy policy
This policy explains what we do with the data you send us through this site. It is short because the site collects little: a contact form and nothing else.
Who processes your data
The data controller is [LEGAL NAME], tax ID [TAX ID], registered at [ADDRESS]. For anything about your data, write to info@organitz.art. We have not appointed a data protection officer because the processing does not require one; if that changes, we will say so here.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo form: name, email, organization name and type, approximate number of members, what you need, preferred language and, if you want, phone and comments. We also record whether you accepted this policy and whether you asked for updates. We use no hidden forms and buy no lists.
Where it comes from
You give us the data directly. We do not obtain it from third parties, social networks or public listings.
What we use it for, and on what legal basis
To reply to you and prepare the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Article 6.1.b GDPR. If you also tick the updates box, we will use your email for that on the basis of your consent, Article 6.1.a, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the rest.
Your IP address
The server uses your IP address for fifteen minutes to stop anyone submitting the form hundreds of times. It is held in memory only, never written to any log, and it expires on its own. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service standing up, Article 6.1.f.
How long we keep it
Your request arrives in a mailbox. If nothing is contracted, we delete it after [12] months. If we end up working together, your data moves into the contractual relationship and is kept for its duration and for the applicable limitation periods. Consent for updates lasts until you withdraw it.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the purpose. Emails pass through our hosting and mail provider, [PROVIDER], acting as a processor under a signed agreement. We do not sell, transfer or share data with third parties for their own purposes.
Outside the European Union

Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Write to info@organitz.art saying which right you want to exercise. We will reply within one month. If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
What your browser stores
The language you choose and, if you change it, your analytics preference. They never leave your device and you can clear them from your browser settings. The analytics is Umami, hosted on our own servers: it sets no cookies, assigns you no identifier, and you can switch it off from the footer.
Security
The site is always served encrypted. The form validates what it receives, rate-limits repeated submissions, and does not write your data into the server logs: it only records that a request came in.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Changes that genuinely affect you will be communicated if we have a way to reach you.
