How it gets used
Only the workshop group needs telling
You filter by the activity and the list appears. No new WhatsApp group that nobody remembers who administers.
A reminder to those who owe dues
The filter pulls them out on its own. The reminder goes out and is logged, so nobody gets the same nudge twice.
A member says nothing ever reaches them
You check the send history and see whether it went out, to which address and when. No more unanswerable “I never got it”.
