Modules

Minutes and resolutions you can actually find.

Links minutes, resolutions, meetings and owners so the archive can be walked through without depending on whoever filed it.

Organitz.art is management software for associations, sports clubs, cultural organizations, foundations, NGOs, irrigation communities and federations, available in Catalan, Spanish and English, with automation agents that work from Telegram.

What it gives you

The next board doesn't start from scratch

What's included

  • Minutes and resolutions
  • Versions
  • Meeting and owner

How it connects

This module shares members, permissions, documents and activity with the rest, according to what you leave configured.

How it gets used

The board approves something

The resolution hangs off its meeting and its minutes. Two years later you can reconstruct why that decision was made.

The board changes

The incoming one opens the archive and finds meetings, resolutions and documents in order, not a shared folder of impossible filenames.

The registry needs a copy of the minutes

You search by date or subject and get the signed version, not a draft from three revisions earlier.

Common questions

Can we upload the old documents?

Yes, though it pays to decide first what is worth migrating. Uploading twenty years of PDFs with no criteria fixes nothing.

Who can see each document?

You decide, by role and by module. Board minutes don't have to be visible to every member.
