How it connects
This module shares members, permissions, documents and activity with the rest, according to what you leave configured.
How it gets used
Sign-ups open for a trip
You set places and a deadline. Once it fills, the next people move onto the waiting list on their own and nobody keeps count.
Someone drops out last minute
You free the place and the first on the list moves up. They get their confirmation and QR code without anyone writing an email.
Event day, at the door
QR codes are validated on a phone. You know how many people are in while they arrive, not when someone types up the list the next day.
Common questions
Do we need an app for the QR code?+
No. The attendee gets their code and at the door it's validated from the phone browser of whoever is checking people in.
Can non-members sign up?+
Yes, if you open the activity to the public. Members and non-members are told apart, and the price can differ.
