Modules

Everyone sees what belongs to them.

Permissions are drawn by role, module and organization, giving each person the least they need to do their job.

Organitz.art is management software for associations, sports clubs, cultural organizations, foundations, NGOs, irrigation communities and federations, available in Catalan, Spanish and English, with automation agents that work from Telegram.

What it gives you

Access that matches the responsibility

What's included

  • Configurable roles
  • Permissions per module
  • Scope per organization

How it connects

This module shares members, permissions, documents and activity with the rest, according to what you leave configured.

How it gets used

A new treasurer joins

You give them the role and they inherit its permissions. No going module by module trying to recall what the last one had.

Someone leaves the board

The role is withdrawn and the access goes with it. They don't keep the shared password everybody has always used.

A committee member runs one activity

They see the sign-ups for their activity and nothing else. They don't need anyone's bank details to do their job.

Common questions

Can we create our own roles?

Yes. The built-in ones are a starting point; names and permissions are adjusted to how your organization is actually structured.

Can access be temporary?

It can be granted and withdrawn whenever needed, and the change is logged in case anyone asks later.
